Well, I made it to Oregon in one piece. I’m staying with friends-of-friends and man do they have a nice place. It’s warmer than I thought it would be but it’s not Eastern Seaboard muggy. I’m also realizing how much I miss the way the air smells on the West Coast. Ahh, the Pacific Northwest.

Not Dead...Learning Ruby
I have an excuse for not posting anything lately, I’m in love with the Pickaxe book. I’m remembering how excited I was when I started learning Python. It’s a little different with Ruby, it makes more “sense” in a way; it gels more easily in my head. Perhaps it’s the power of Ruby or an extremely well-written book.
